Established in February 2005 as the specialty finished products division of the Grenhall Group, Bondtac Technologies Incorporated is the culmination of 30 years of experience and research in surface coatings and adhesive technology.

| November, 1988 | Construction of a 1,000 Ton per year adhesive tackifier unit. | |
| February, 1992 | Expansion of resin tackifier capacity to 4,000 Tons per year. | |
| June, 1996 | Addition of varnish vehicles and capacity expansion to 7,000 Tons per year. | |
| January, 2002 | Completion of new 45,000 Ton manufacturing facility in Brampton, Ontario. | |
